Payment

How do I pay?

Checkout is by Creem, from the Buy buttons on Pricing and the product pages. Creem is the merchant of record and handles payment and tax. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in US dollars: $19, $29 or $39, one-time.

Does this site take my card details?

No. Payment details are handled by Creem under its own terms and privacy policy. This static site does not collect card details, and buying does not create an account on this site.

Is there a subscription?

No. Both kits and the bundle are one-time purchases. There is no monthly AI subscription in either kit, and no setup service is included.

What if my payment fails or looks duplicated?

Check your order in the Creem purchase email first (see My orders). If anything is still unclear, email [email protected] with the product and date of purchase, if you know them. Do not send card details or passwords by email.

Download

What do I get after I pay?

An instant digital download after purchase. No physical product is shipped. You download the files and follow the included guide, workbook or scripts yourself.

I cannot find my download. What do I do?

Find the link in your Creem purchase email — that email is the main way back to your order (see My orders). If you cannot find the email, check spam, then email [email protected] from the address you bought with, if you can.

Do I need anything else installed?

Lab Kit: a spreadsheet app (Excel or Google Sheets; the workbook has no macros). Starter Pack: Docker + Docker Compose v2 (Docker Desktop on Windows/Mac), 8 GB RAM minimum for the default 3B model, 16 GB for 7–8B models, and ~10 GB free disk. Full requirements are on the Starter Pack page.

Refunds

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase only if a file is corrupted or the product materially does not match its description. Buyers should first email [email protected] so a fixed file can be sent.

How do I make a refund request?

Email [email protected] with the product you bought and the date of purchase, if you know them, and what went wrong, in your own words. For an install problem, include the exact error message — and check the Starter Pack guide’s Troubleshooting section first, which lists the real errors and their fixes.

Who actually issues a refund?

Creem, as merchant of record. All refunds and chargebacks for transactions through Creem are handled exclusively by Creem; the seller determines eligibility under the policy above and requests any refund through Creem. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Creem’s own terms can produce a refund in cases its terms allow, and Creem’s Buyer Terms prevail over conflicting product terms. See the full refund policy.

Orders

Where is my order?

In Creem’s Customer Portal, reached from the link in your Creem purchase email. There you can copy the details of a payment, including the order ID, and request an invoice or support from the Creem team directly. Full steps: My orders.

Is there a StackGuide login?

No. This site has no login of its own and no account is created by buying. “My orders” is an explanation page, not a sign-in form — it tells you how to reach your order through Creem.

Licences

What may I do with a kit I bought?

Personal and commercial use in your own work is allowed. Reselling, redistributing, sharing publicly, or giving away the kit itself, in whole or in part, is not allowed. In the bundle, each kit keeps its own licence; buying the bundle does not change either licence.

Am I paying for Ollama or AnythingLLM?

No. You pay for the kit and its guide or workbook, not for the open-source software inside it. Ollama is MIT, AnythingLLM is MIT, and Caddy is Apache-2.0. Those projects’ licences, and each model’s own licence, are separate and govern your use of that software or model.

Are the Lab Kit’s VRAM figures guaranteed?

No. They are estimates from a stated formula, not guarantees. Real performance depends on your engine, context and drivers. Model facts should be re-checked on the official model card.

What has not been tested in the Starter Pack?

Windows, macOS, NVIDIA GPU, a real domain with TLS, and the default 3B model (llama3.2:3b). The test used qwen2.5:0.5b on a Linux VM. Read the full testing note on the Starter Pack page before you buy.

Still stuck?

Email [email protected]. Say which product or guide, what went wrong, and the exact error message if there is one. Do not send passwords, API keys, or other secrets.
