Step 1 — Open your Creem purchase email
After every successful payment, Creem emails the customer a link to their Customer Portal. That email contains a magic link — a link that signs you in without a password. This email link is the main way in.
Support · No StackGuide login
StackGuide AI has no login of its own, and buying does not create an account here. Your order lives with Creem, the merchant of record — this page explains how to reach it.
After every successful payment, Creem emails the customer a link to their Customer Portal. That email contains a magic link — a link that signs you in without a password. This email link is the main way in.
The link in your email is personal to your purchase, so do not share it. In the portal you can copy the details of a payment, including the order ID.
In the portal you can request an invoice or support from the Creem team directly, without contacting the merchant.
For a refund question, first email StackGuide AI (below) — the refund policy asks buyers to do that so a fixed file can be sent — and Creem handles refunds and chargebacks as merchant of record.
Check spam first. If it is still missing, email [email protected] from the address you bought with, if you can, and say which product you bought. Do not send card details or passwords by email.
Because both kits are one-time purchases, there is no subscription to manage here. If you ever see subscription controls in the Creem portal, they are Creem’s general portal features, not something StackGuide AI sells.
