AI Support Chat Kit · Demo

One script tag.
Your FAQ, answering.

Below is the widget running on the kit's own sample shop page — a fictional template shop called Acme Templates — in light and dark. The visitor asks a download question; the widget answers from the shop's own knowledge file, with a fixed demo reply. No real AI call, no real key, no real customer: these are demo illustrations, not screenshots of a paying customer's site.

Demo illustrations

The widget,
on a sample page.

Light theme — demo illustration. The panel opens from the blue chat button, answers from the shop's knowledge file, and points to the shop's support email when it does not know.

Dark theme — demo illustration. Same widget, same one script tag; the theme follows the page or the visitor's system setting.

Who it's for

Small shops and solo founders who answer the same five questions by email and want a chat box that only quotes their own FAQ — and who are comfortable running npx wrangler deploy from a terminal.

Not for: anyone who wants a hosted dashboard, a human handoff inbox, order lookups, or a general-purpose chatbot. This kit answers only from your knowledge file, by design.

What you need

A Cloudflare account and, before your first deploy, a registered workers.dev subdomain — or your own domain/route in wrangler.toml. For AI: Workers AI (default, no external key) or your own OpenAI-compatible provider key, plus MODEL set to the provider's current model name. Deploy is CLI only.

You pay your own Cloudflare and AI costs, and you must set a spending cap at your provider. We do not host your chat and we do not pay your AI bill.

FAQ

Before you buy.

Does StackGuide host my chat?

No. You deploy the Worker to your own Cloudflare account and you pay your own AI costs. We sell the kit — the code and docs — once. We never see your visitors' questions.

What if the chat doesn't know an answer?

It says so and gives your support email — it never invents a price, a policy or a download link. Out-of-scope questions (poems, general knowledge, coding help) are refused, and every refusal includes your support email.

Can it look up an order or issue a refund?

No. It has no access to any order system, payment provider or inbox. For a specific order it gives the steps from your knowledge file or points to your support email.

What does the demo show, exactly?

The two screenshots above are the kit's own sample pages: a fictional shop, a fixed mock reply, no real AI call. Your deployed widget will answer from your knowledge file, with your brand, colours and support email.
